We clean properties after each guest checkout and can also provide periodic deep cleans or turnover services as needed to keep your space consistently welcoming and spotless.
No — linens and towels are not provided by us, but we will change and launder them if they are available at the property.
Yes — due to the scheduling and labor involved, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
(You can use $50 here because this is not as labor-intensive as post-construction, but more than a standard recurring visit.)
